Caravan was lovely! Really clean more of a home feel vibe. Lovely lake view. A slight walk to the main entertainment centre. But we had great weather so it wasn’t an issue. Zoe was there and very quick to get back to us if we had any and questions or queries. Would deffo stay again

Had a great stay in this caravan, lounge & kitchen layout is huge 👌 decking was fab especially with a dog .... Zoe was amazing & always available for any questions or help needed .... I went for a shower at 10.30pm one night & had no hot water, checked boiler & no ignition light .... messaged Zoe & Mark was there within minutes changing the gas bottle & hot water back .... very caring hosts .... definitely recommend 💯

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY PERFECT – 10/10 IN EVERY WAY!

I cannot recommend this caravan and the hosts Zoe & Mark highly enough – this was easily the best caravan holiday we’ve ever had!

The caravan itself is absolutely brilliant: spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully kitted out with absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. It feels like a proper home from home, with amazing attention to detail that makes your stay so comfortable and relaxing. Everything is high quality, in perfect condition, and we couldn’t fault a single thing about the accommodation – it far exceeded all our expectations!

And then there are Zoe and Mark – they are simply the most wonderful, kind, and honest hosts you could ever wish for! We made a silly mistake and left our very expensive watch behind after checking out. We were absolutely distraught thinking it was gone forever, but Zoe and Mark found it straight away, got in touch with us immediately, and are kindly arranging to post it safely back to us. Their honesty and kindness are truly outstanding – you just don’t meet people this trustworthy and caring very often!

From start to finish, our stay was flawless. If you’re looking for a fantastic caravan, wonderful location, and hosts who go above and beyond for you every single time, this is the one to book without hesitation. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Zoe and Mark – you’re both absolute stars! 💖

We had a lovely stay and couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout our visit. It was an especially hot weekend, and they kindly got a fan for the caravan to help keep us cool, which was hugely appreciated. They also filled up the paddling pool we brought for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their kindness really made the stay even more enjoyable. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend to others.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a caravan that was run by Diane, Zoe, and Mark, and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease.

Zoe was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly stood out.

I would highly recommend this caravan to anyone.

We came Monday to Friday, our 1st time at Billing Aquadrome. We met Zoe, Mark and their new baby Mila. They showed us around the park and to the caravan. They were there if needed and answered all questions. We loved it so much we have booked to come back in May! Anyone looking to book, I would definitely book with CLE Caravan Holidays. There was everything there, towels, hair dryer, straighteners even washing up liquid and cleaning products! There was lots to do on site too! Thank you, see you all in May!

Stayed at this lovely caravan for the weekend the caravan was clean,tidy and everything you need left like home for home the caravan was spacious slept 8 of us comfortably didn’t need to bring much with us as it was well equipped also affordable pricing if u needed anything host will be there in no time at all nothing is ever too big would recommend to anybody and I’m looking to stay again at some point this year 😊

Stayed in a 3 bed caravan on Billing Aquadrome, very nice and comfortable. Got all appliances you could need and also a nice size decking , the park itself is beautiful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

  • a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
  • the remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before arrival
  • A £50 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings and is payable with the remaining balance payment.
  • bookings made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking
